can littering be a law now?
as in kung may nag tatapon ng basura, kahit candy wrapper lang na maliit, ikukulong na
tapos ung bail 1,000 to 10,000 depende sa laki ng basura nila haha
tapos dapat sa mga bus o jeep or basta pang commute, pag may nakita na nagtatapon sa loob, pwede itext para ma report! haha
naisip ko rin nga,
kung may magpupulot ng basura na di sakanya, may reward hahaha
