when I ride the jeep, I don’t usually pay when I get on and everyone’s paying

I usually wait until most of the people have paid and there are no more seats left
this evening, there were 2 people who paid 20 and it took them a while before they got their change
one said she paid P20.50, para 12 nalang change niya
the other one paid only P20 but it was for 2

to the point na naguluhan na ung driver tas may pumapara, di naririnig
I’m not sure if the girl who paid P20.50 got her change and just left the jeep annoyed
but the other one, the couple who paid 20 for 2, they got their change, pero mali daw..?
so they returned it
I think they just didn’t care any more for their change and just let it go of the 4pesos
I wanted to give my fare to the couple ’cause I thought they didn’t get their change,
then I thought maybe they got it and returned the excess change.
when we got down from the jeep, I wanted to ask them if they got their change.
if they didn’t, I would’ve given them my fare for the jeep.
if they did, I still would’ve given them my fare ’cause they looked like they were going out of town since they had a lot of stuff with them
I thought maybe it would help them even just a little bit.
at the end
I didn’t pay my fare in the jeep ’cause I was thinking that he didn’t give the right amount of change to the people.
so it was like, those people who didn’t get their change, paid for me hahaha
